In 2005 SMS Expert developed and managed the picture message service for use at the London Hyde Park Live8 concert. People in the crowd took photos, sent them in to a shortcode to be moderated in real-time and then saw them appear on the big screens. A proud moment!

From 2006-2014 SMS Expert looked after the Food Standards Agency's text requirements. Whenever there was an urgent UK food recall alert, they logged in and instantly sent tens of thousands of warning texts. Shame Government agencies no longer have the budgets they once did!

In 2009 SMS Expert worked with a leading marketing agency to prepare and deliver picture messages for KFC Restaurants. Users texted in to a shortcode and got a photo back of a lovely KFC breakfast - mmmmm!

In 2010 SMS Expert managed a 2-way text polling campaign for David Miliband during the Labour Party leadership contest. During a live Question Time TV debate it was possible to see instantly who was in the lead. And the rest as they say is history!
